NamaTaste Nutrition is a passion project by Amy, where she wants to support her clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle most simply and effectively possible while teaching them guidelines and principles they can use and share for a lifetime. She desires to share various holistic and alternative practices from around the globe through both yoga and nutrition. She aims to translate ancient wisdom to fit modern life, making these practices accessible for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or lifestyle.
Amy was very clear with what she want her website to look like. She doesn’t like websites that look chaotic – with too much information, too many images, and when it’s hard to read/focus. She wanted something clean, simple, and aesthetically pleasant.
She has asked for few major features:
-Search and filter feature for Blog pages
-Custom designed recipe card for the Recipe blog
-Multiple Dubsado form integration on a contact page
-Platform: WordPress with Elementor page builder
-Theme used: Astra
-WP Recipe maker
-Search & filter
-Google Search Console
Amy chose very bold color palette however she wanted her website to look very simple and pleasant. She didn’t wanted to use any color blocks, or color backgrounds for the copy. She also wanted to put as much information as possible on the website, making it easy for the clients to have all the information available at one place.
This is was a challenge for me initially, to manage all the copy, making it unique and use the colors in most simple way possible. But after 2 revisions, she was very happy with the outcome.
“Ashwini was quick, efficient, trustworthy, and so easy to work with. As someone with very little knowledge of tech, she was excellent at understanding what I meant during every step of the process and simplifying the complex-stuff. It means a lot to me that she was able to take my ideas and turn them into reality, and my site turned out beautifully! I highly, highly recommend Ashwini for your web development projects.”
